The Odessa Arts’ annual Black and White Ball will take place at 6:30 p.m. April 1 at the Odessa Marriott Hotel and Conference Center in the Permian Ballroom.
This year’s theme is “The Color of Fashion” and will celebrate the 2023 Friends of the Arts.
The Friends of the Arts Honorees for this year are Peggy Dean, Marita Hendrick and Dick Gillham.
