The Ector County ISD Board of Trustees will meet in a work session at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the first floor board room of the administration building, 802 N. Sam Houston Ave.
Hiring an executive director of operations also is on the agenda.
Trustees will hear a quarterly update on the district strategic plan. Technology improvements, personalized professional development, indicator of success such as attendance will be discussed.
The panel also will consider hiring an executive director of district operations and discuss a number of local policy items.
